Margaret L. (Russell) Raab, 82, Shelbyville, died at 3:20 a.m. today at Major Hospital.
Born March 7, 1914, in Moral Township, she was the daughter of Harry and Nellie Edna (Lee) Russell.
Mrs. Raab was a licensed practical nurse at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, for 16 years and had also served as a nursing home administrator for many years.
She resided in Florida from 1973-1993. Mrs. Raab had been a member of the Glendale First Church of God, Glendale, and Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 393, Indianapolis.
Survivors include a son, Jack P. Huff, Shelbyville; a sister, Ms. Floyd (Kathryn) Amos, Shelbyville; 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, one granddaughter, one brother and two sisters.
Funeral services will be Thursday at Carmony-Ewing Broadway Funeral Home, with the Rev. Martin Travelstead officiating. Burial will be in Fairland Cemetery.
