DANNY DALE ADKINS, 48, of Jeffersonville, died Friday, June 13, at Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was a member of the Nazarene Church in Borden and a former employee of Wash-O-Rama Car Wash in Jeffersonville.
Survivors include his mother and father, Unita Faye Meneffe and Raymond E. Adkins; sisters, Rajean Lynn Adkins of Charlestown and Debbie Louden of Jeffersonville; brothers, Terry Adkins of Rushville, Mark A. Adkins of Charlestown, and Brian E. Adkins of Jeffersonville.
Services were held Tuesday, June 17, at Coots Funeral Home in Jeffersonville with burial in the Ebeneezer Church Cemetery in Memphis.
Expressions of sympathy can be made to the Ronald McDonald House of Indiana.
