Charles Wayne Armstrong, 61, of Dublin died Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009 at Golden Age Manor. He was born on Dec. 11, 1947 in Gorman to Wayne Eldred Armstrong and Frances (Maxell) Armstrong. Armstrong was married on Oct. 26, 1968 to Louise Ratliff. In life, he worked as a farmer and a dairy man.
He is survived by his wife of DeLeon; his mother of Dublin; a son, Richard Armstrong of Victor; two daughters, Charlotte McGrath of Victor and Melinda Harbour of Comanche; a brother, Glen Armstrong of Dublin and seven grandchildren.
