Born and educated in Scotland, Margaret came to California at the age of seventeen to begin her professional life. With many successful and proud moments in her life, her proudest was becoming a U.S. Citizen in 1938. Margaret leaves with us her kindness, generosity and appreciation of flowers. The memory of her should remind us to make time to enjoy the scent of a rose.
Margaret is survived by her loving son, Kent; and grandsons, Austin and Travis.
Funeral Services and burial will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Oakwood Chapel at Oakwood Memorial Park, 22601 Lassen Street, Chatsworth, CA.
