Harold was born on May 7th, 1963 in Somerset, Kentucky, son of Roy Lee Burton and Lottie Mae Rose Burton. He was a truck driver and of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed being outdoors, horses, fishing, motorcycling and spending time with family and friends.
Harold was survived by his mother, Lottie Mae Burton; one son, Jordan (and Breanna) Burton; two daughters, Nicole (and Evan) Hastie and Bethany Burton; two brothers, Charles Edward Burton and Tony Burton; one grandchild, Jayden Keith Burton; and two previous marriages, Linda Gray Pennington and Shannon Lyle Burton; and a host of other family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Lee Burton and one brother, Roger Burton.
Visitations were held on Tuesday, January 5th, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home in Somerset, Kentucky.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, January 6th, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. David Terwilliger and Bro. Larry Merritt officiating.
Burial followed in the Beech Grove Cemetery in Pulaski County, Kentucky.
