Henry Debolt Bragg, 70 years of age, of Winchester, Indiana, departed this life on Friday night, July 2nd, 1948 in his sleep at his home.

Henry was born in Winchester, Indiana on May 1st, 1878, son of the late Daniel Bragg and Rhonda P. Hinkle Bailey Bragg. He was an employee of Overmyer Mould Company in Winchester, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Henry was survived by his loving wife, Myrtle Bragg; two daughters, Mrs. Lola Rector of Milford, Ohio and Mrs. William Rector of Winchester; two sons, Bert Allen Bragg of Spartanburg and Oren Bragg of Chattanooga, Tennessee; one step-daughter, Mrs. Paul Spradling of Winchester; one step-son, Norman Wilson of Winchester; two sisters, Mrs. Charles Owens of Winchester and Mrs. Bessie Ditmer of Union City; two brothers, Harle Bragg of Chicago, Illinois and P.A. Bragg of Winchester; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel Bragg, who was born on May 11th 1858 and departed this life on August 4th 1938 and Rhonda P. Hinkle Bailey Bragg, who was born in June of 1857 and departed this life in 1903.

Visitations were held at the Maynard and Walker Mortuary in Winchester after 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 4th, 1948.

Funeral services were conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 6th, 1948 at the Winchester Nazarene Church with Rev. Zelma Mills, Rev. Elvin Thornburg, and Rev. E. Van Houghton officiating.

Burial followed in the Saratoga Cemetery also known has the I.O.O.F. Cemetery at Saratoga, Indiana.
