Henry Bratz, 88, former county resident, died Tuesday afternoon at St. Nicholas hospital, Sheboygan.
He was born in Germany in 1859 and came to Rhine, Sheboygan county, with his parents, at the age of 10 years. He married Miss Anne Kishorst of Sheboygan and they located on a farm in Eaton. Mrs. Bratz died in 1910 and he went to Schleswig to reside with two brothers. Since 1935 he has resided at the Reiss Home for the Aged at Sheboygan.
Survivors are a son, Fred of this city; three brothers, William of Texas and Frank and Otto of Schleswig.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Meiselwitz funeral home, Kiel, with interment in the Bethlehem church cemetery in Schleswig.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home Thursday afternoon until the hour of services.
