Leo Jacob "Pete" died on Monday, 29 June 1992, at the Franklin Health Care Center, near Morton, Renville County, MInnesota.
Pete was survived by his sister, Margaret Brown of Redwood Falls; sisters-in-law, Lena Brown of Franklin and Clella Brown of New Ulm; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Susan and Lydia; and all of his brothers, William, Anton, Albin, and Paul.
Visitation was held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, 30 June; and from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m., on Wednesday, 1 July, at the Hauser Funeral Home in Fairfax.
The funeral service for Pete was held at 10:30 a.m., on Wednesday, 1 July 1992, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Franklin. Father Jack Brunner officiated.
Pallbearers were Corwin Iverson, Floyd Schultz, Roger Welling, Frank Ziegler, Donald Brown, and Delmar Steinhaus.
Interment was in St. John's Catholic Church Cemetery, near Morton, Renville County, Minnesota.
