Stanley Bruce Loesch, 28, Duncan, died Thursday in a fire in Red River, N.M.

He was born on Jan. 28, 1953, in Enid. He was graduated from Covington-Douglas High School and Oklahoma State University. He held an engineering degree from OSU.

He married the former Pamela Sue Gragert Aug. 17, 1973, in Douglas. He had lived in Duncan the past six years, moving there from Stillwater. He was employed as an engineer for Halliburton in Duncan.

He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Fairmont.

Survivors include his father and step-mother, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Loesch, Fairmont; a sister, Mrs. Tom (Pauline) Mack of Lucien; a brother, Bradley Loesch, Covington; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Loesch, Fairmont; maternal grandmother, Rose Edwards, Enid.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Zion Lutheran Church at Fairmont with the Revs. John A. Schmidt and H. I. Jones officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park [Cemetery] under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
