John A. Paolantonio, Sr. passed away on December 28, 2009. Loving husband of the late Josephine R.(nee Ferro)Paolantino, beloved father of Joe Paolantonio, Patricia A.(Shaw)Soley and John A.(Angela), Jr., caring brother of Joseph Paolantonio, Lucy Paoletti and the late Robert Paolantino, Rose DeNicola, Rita DiRocco and William Paolantonio. John is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
In World War II, Sergeant Paolantino received the Bronze Star for his action in the European Theater.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Wed. 7-9 p. m. and Thursday, 9:30 to 10:30 a. m. in THE FUNERAL HOME OF JOHN STRETCH, E Eagle and St. Denis Rds., Havertown and to his Mass of Christian Burial Thursday at 11 a. m. in St. Denis Church(Havertown, Pa.). Interment St. Denis Cemetery.
