Funeral arrangements are pending and will be announced for Mrs. James M. (Julia) Marshall, 83, of Colorado City who died in a Big Spring Hospital Friday after a three month illness.
She was born in Alabama, August 21, 1875 and had lived in Mitchell County since 1904.
Burial will be in the Colorado City Cemetery under the direction of Kiker and Son Funeral Home.
The late Mr. Marshall was a farmer. He and Mrs. Marshall were married in Dallas in 1896.
Survivors include two sons, Dewey of Seagraves and J.B. of Colorado City; two daughters, Mrs. C.W. (Alpha)Iglehart and Mrs. Ross (Cleo) Seay both of Colorado City; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
