SILVER CREEK - Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today at the Old Silver Creek Baptist Church for Flora B. Langston, 89, formerly of Silver Creek, who died April 17, 1992, at Crossgates Nursing Home in Brandon.
The Rev. Max Jones will officiate. Interment will be in Old Silver Creek Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Langston was a former resident of the Old Silver Creek community and was a member of the Old Silver Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Alton Langston of Brandon and Hiram Langston of Silver Creek; five daughters, Floreen Williamson of Jackson, Aileen Scarborough of Richland, Juanice Stringer of Prentiss, Troy Griffith of Silver Creek and Ramelle McWilliams of Magee; three sisters, Willie Morie of Pascagoula, Hazel Martin of DeBerry, Texas and Elizabeth Clary of Morris Plains, N. J.; 19 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1:30 pm. until service time at the Old Silver Creek Baptist Church. Saulters-Moore Funeral Home in Prentiss is in charge of arrangements.
