David "Gene" Foreman, the son of William and Virginia (Clevenger) Foreman, was born Oct. 30, 1919 in Keefeton, OK and passed from this life Jan. 12, 2010.
He married the love of his life Lillian "Bug" Humphrey on July 2, 1941 and they spent 57 years together until she went to be with the Lord. Now they will be together forever.

Survived by daughters Janice La Delle (Foreman)Dillon and husband Ford and Natalie Conchita (Foreman)Medlin and husband Stan; grandchildren Kristy and (Bobby)Herriman, Ford Jr. and (Ann) Dillon, Steven Dillon, Lacey Medlin and Cody Medlin; four great- grandchildren, Carlissa and Trey Dillon, and Brooklynn and Blaize Herriman and one sister Pauline Blagg
