Funeral services for Aaron James Pierce, 20, of Longview will be held at 10am Friday, January 15, 2010 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with the Reverend Richard Caldwell and Dr. Joel Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Rosewood Park.

Aaron went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, January 12, in a Longview hospital.

Aaron was born February 15, 1989 in Athens, Texas to James L. and Rhonda Pierce. He was a 2007 graduate of Union Hill High School and was a sophomore ministerial student at Creswell College in Dallas, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jimmie Loyd Pierce.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving parents, Reverend James and Rhonda Pierce; sister, Kristen Pierce; brother, Ethan Pierce all of Longview; grandparents, Donnie and Sarah Rogers of Seagoville, Texas and Kay Schulle of Malvern, Arkansas; special friends, Jim and Nelda Sewell, New Life Baptist Church Family, The Criswell College Family and Luke Roberts.
