Word has been received of the death of Edgar native Donald Gene Bailey, 58, of Omaha Thursday, July 7, 1989 at the Veterans Administration Medical Center at Omaha.
Services were Monday at Omaha. Burial was at Ida Grove, Iowa.
Survivors are his wife, Ardeth of Odebolt, Iowa; two sons Ronald of Omaha and Guy of Burlington, Iowa; two daughters, Debra Kuehl of Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Cheryl Pruitt of Ralston; one stepdaughter, Gayle Hudgins of Bellevue, his father and stepmother, Leonard and Leva Bailey of Edgar; six brothers, Max of Clay Center, Robert of Clarinda, Iowa, Richard of Plattsmouth. Jay and Randy, both of Lincoln, Rex of Fairfield; four sisters Marilyn Mosier and Gayle Peters, both of Edgar,Joyce Snell of Lincoln and Bonnie Drapal of Superior; and 14 grandchildren.
