Johnny was born in Puerto Rico and lived most of his short life in Jersey City, N.J. and Philadelphia, he was my sister's 6th child...he is survived by my sister Roxann Van Der Zee his father Edgar Santiago had passed away on March 5, 2011, Johnny has 2 brothers Edgar & Christian, 3 sisters Brooke, Sharon & Valerie, Johnny went to Heaven & joined his other brothers and sisters in heaven...deceased (Gabe Van Der Zee)deceased (Baby Roxann Santiago)deceased (Baby Rick Santos).
