Mrs. Price, 90, died Aug. 4, 2001, at Beverly Health Care. She was born in Brookhaven on July 1, 1911, to Joseph R. Boone and Nora Louise Smithe Boone.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of Easthaven Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, Ray W. Price.
Survivors are her sons and daughters-in-law, Phillip R. and Jackie Price of McComb, and Thomas Willard and Jane Price and Richard K. "Butch" and Faye Price, all of Brookhaven; her daughter, Nora Lynn Price of Brookhaven; and nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
