Charles Everett Cornelison, 77, West Terre Haute, died at 8:30 p.m. Saturday at his home.
He had been manager of the AP & S Clinic, 1952-70, and retired in 1978 from the Meyer Medical Group. He was a member of the Medical Group Management Association and of Bethany United Church of Christ in West Terre Haute.
Born Nov. 18, 1911, in Knox County, he was the son of Albert and Mary (Jones) Cornelison.
Survivors include his wife, Martha E. Cornelison; a daughter, Robynn Cornelison at home; a son, Keith of Evanston, Ill; a brother, Earl Cornelison of Monroe City; a sister, Mildred Felice of West Point, Calif.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 7:30 p.m. today at the Patrick J. Ryan Funeral Home in Terre Haute.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Walnut Grove Cemetery at Monroe City.
