FINAL RITES CONDUCTED FOR JAMES LEWIS TALLEY
Services for James Lewis Talley, 50, of 902 Carter Street who died
Thurday at his residence, were held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Weslyan
Methodist Church. The Rev Ed Pointer and the Rev F.M. Crowe officiated with
burial in Pine Grove Cemetery; Jones Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Talley had been ill for about two months.
In addition to his wife, survivors are six sons: Homer, Jimmy, Thomas,
David, Wayne, and Randall Talley - five daughters: Mrs. R.P. Tipton, Mrs.
J.D. Mullinax, Mrs. J.B. Crawford and the misses Betty and Gale Talley; two
brothers: Doc and Dave Talley and one sister Mrs. Mae Bradford all of Anniston.
