Daughter of John Darrell and Margaret H. Shotts Nowery. Mother of Laura, Jude, Lena, William and John. Obituary follows: Margaret H. Richardson, 85, widow of the late William Richardson and a member of one of the city's early families, died Tuesday morning at 2:30 o'clock at her home, 1104 Ann Street. She had spent nearly all her life in Wood County. She was born in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, in 1850, and came to Parkersburg in early childhood with her parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Nowery Sr. Surviving are a son, Jude C. Richardson of Huntington; two daughters, Mrs. Ora Bawden of Pittsburgh, Kansas, and Miss Lena Richardson, at home; three grandchildren, A.Cecil Ebert, Jr., M. Earl Ebert and Margaret H. Ebert, all of Parkersburg; a brother and three sisters, Stock Nowery, Mrs. Jim Johnson and Mrs. Dennis Jones, all of near Murphytown, and Mrs. Ellen Underwood of Shirley, West Virginia. Funeral services are to be conducted Thursday morning at 10 o'clock from the residence. The Rev. Earl B. Moyer of Calvary Baptist church will officiate and the burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
