Mrs. Bupp was born May 12, 1930, in York, a daughter of the late Ralph and Violet M. (Aughenbaugh) Mann.
Alice was a 1948 graduate of William Penn Sr. High School. She was a secretary for the former D.S. Peterman and was in customer service at Weis Markets. Alice was a member of Christ Lutheran Church York, a member of the Golden Nuggets and was a life member of the York Fair. She enjoyed crocheting, traveling, and being active in community events.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Gloria Goodling of York and Dawn Shroyer and her husband, Larry of York; grandchildren, Denise Waughtel and her husband, James, Joseph Goodling and his wife, Casey, Daniel Goodling, Diane Wales and her husband, Thomas, and Shawn Goodling; great-grandchildren, Alysso Goodling and Tyler Wales; sister, Mary Ann Eyler and her husband, C.J.; and a niece, Melissa Smith and her son Zachary Smith.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Etzweiler Funeral Home, 1111 E. Market St., York, with her pastor, the Rev'd. Patrick J. Rooney STS, officiating. A viewing will be held from 10 until 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Wrightsville.
