"In Troy, Feb 6th, of erysipelas, PRESCOTT ABELL, in the 58th year of his age.
The deceased came to Ohio from the State of New York, in 1836, and has been a resident of Troy ever since. A just and upright man, honest in all of his transactions, a good husband, a kind father. Though for many years out of health, he proved himself a good financier by placing his family far above want. A.J.S."
