She was born September 30, 1994, in Minneapolis, the daughter of Sue Portz.
Survivors include her mother, Sue Portz in Bagley; her dads, LeRoy Sjogren and Steve West of Bagley; grandparents Don and Adeline LaFontaine and Lewis and Barb West, all of Bagley; nine half brothers and sisters; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services were Saturday, February 18, 1995, at Grace Free Lutheran Church, Bagley, with the Rev. Lyle Twite officiating. Interment was at the Bagley City Cemetery under the direction of the Cease Family Funeral Home, Bagley.
