She was a 1943 graduate of Williamsport High School.
She was employed by Fairchild Aircraft of Hagerstown, Md., until retiring in 1988.
She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Williamsport, Md.
She was a member of Red Feather Council 59 Degree of Pocahontas of Williamsport, Md.
She was predeceased by three sisters, Lois Winters, who was one of 14 students from Williamsport High School who died in the Rockville bus accident, Doris Herman and Barbara Ranney; a brother, Donald Winters; and a niece, Carol White.
Funeral services will be held at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 35 W. Potomac St., Williamsport, Md., on Monday, Jan. 25, 2010, at 3 p.m. with the Rev. W. Gregory Martin officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service on Monday from 2 to 3 p.m.
Burial will be held this spring in Riverview Cemetery, Williamsport, Md.
