Harold L. "Butch" Mills, age 65, of Greenwich, died Saturday, January 23, 2010 at his home after a 4 year illness. He was born September 17, 1944 in New London. He was a 1963 graduate of South Central High School. Harold had worked at Akron Standard Mold in Greenwich out of high school and remained with the company for 38 years, relocating first to Akron, Ohio then to Corinth, Mississippi. He retired in 1999. He enjoyed taking his antique mustangs to car shows. Harold collected HO Trains. He loved to watch the Ohio State Buckeyes and all Cleveland sports teams.
He is survived by his children, Harold Eugene (Blenda) Mills of Columbus, Ohio, John (Tracy) Mills of Katy, Texas, Haley Robbins and Kevin Mills both of Oklahoma; his mother, Pauline M. (Shaffer) Mills of Greenwich; 4 grandchildren; sister, Alice (Clifford) Stumbo of Shiloh; brother, Michael (Christine) Mills of Greenwich. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold R. Mills.
