Son of Shanenna McNeill and Ernest Evans (Dayvisha); brother of Nasir and Nashir Evans and Nyaire Johnson; grandson of Shirley Harris, Jerome Saunders, Barbara Gale and William E. Evans.
He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
Ernest attended Thomas McKean High School; he was involved with Project Stay Free, YBC at Hanover Church, Del Tech Talent Search Program along with other community activities.
His funeral will be held 11 am, Friday, October 2 at Spirit Life Ministries, 3401 Northeast Boulevard, with viewing from 9-10:45am only. There will also be a viewing Thursday night 5pm-7pm at CONGO FUNERAL HOME, 2317 N. Market Street. Burial in Gracelawn Memorial Park.
