M.C. PEARRELL, 45 years old, a flagman of the Western Maryland Railroad was found dead Thursday morning in the garage in the rear of his home, 735 W. Washington Street. An investigation by acting coroner R.J. Halm, showed that he died from heart trouble. There were no indications of violence.

According to a statement made by M.V. Ryan, with whom the deceased roomed, Pearrell came into the kitchen Wednesday night about 9 o'clock and stated that he was going for a short ride in his automobile. He went to the garage in the rear. At 5:30 o'clock Thursday morning, according to Ryan, he became anxious about his friend and went to the garage, where he found Pearrell standing on the running board of the automobile and the upper part of his body sagging over the front seat. Ryan notified the police.
