Norman E. Shick died Wednesday, March 29, 1944, in the West Penn Hospital. He was born August 3, 1890, in Clarion County, a son of Charles and Rebecca Kocher Shick. He was married to Esther Shick, who survives.

Survivors also include one son and three daughters, Earl Shick of New Bethlehem, Mrs. Charles Sutter of East Brady, Mrs. Clayton Burkell and Geraldine Shick, both of Cory;his mother, Mrs. Rebecca Shick of Mudlic; three brothers, Milo Shick of Cheswick, Boyd Shick of Springdale and Charles Shick of Mudlic; and one sister, Mrs. O.D. Kunselman of South Side.

Services were held March 31 at Vorous Funeral Home in South Side with the Rev. Richards in charge.
