John Smith Baxter, aged 20, a bachelor, a Private 3rd Black Watch, died on 27 July 1918 at the Military Hospital, Curragh, Newbridge, Co. Kildare.
The cause of death was Cerebro-Spinal Fever, 4 days, certified.
