Aca was born on August 19, 1928 in New Haven, Wisconsin to David & Mary Shaw. He was a resident of Butte County for the past 4 years. He served in the United States Merchant Marines during World War II and the Korean Conflict. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator having worked on the Oroville Dam and the Alaska Pipeline. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid gardener. He is survived by a daughter, Delores Quinn and 1 sister in-law, Eunice Shaw. He is also survived by 3 foster sons: Kim T. Eno, Donald E. Eno, and Robert M. Eno; and 1 foster daughter, Karen L. Eno. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 4, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints, Liberty Ward, located on French Avenue in Gridley. A Visitation will be held at 1:00 P.M. at The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints. Arrangements are entrusted to Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel.
