Gus BURKE was known as the "little Swedish Baker". He was the Father of Oscar and the Grandfather of Admiral Arleigh Albert BURKE. Gus built and operated the first bakery in Denver and later owned half of Larimer Street. Later he lost wealth in Silver Market.
