Eva May and Neva Ray were twins. Neva Ray died at birth. The Texas birth certificates for each show date of birth as December 2 at Woodville Texas. When the application for Social Security was made in 1972 it showed birth as Dec 3 and birth location as Nederland. BUT it also shows application made "other than applicant". I've chosen to use the information from the birth certificate.
