She was born Mar. 28, 1937, at Cabin Run (Doddridge County), WV., a daughter of the late Olin and Marion Ingram Smith. She was a homemaker and did housekeeping for the elderly.
Surviving are two sons, Robert Myer of Houston, TX, and Trevor Myer of Cleveland, OH; a daughter, Kimberly of Longton, KS; stepchildren, Larry "Dink" Myer of Moundsville, WV, Sue Bonnell of Pennsboro, WV, Dorothy Myer of boca Raton, FL, Janie Poe of New Martinsville, WV, Rick Myer of Salem, WV, Janet Lowe of Central Station, Vickie Leggett of West Union, and Ottie Myer of Winchester, VA; 30 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were a son, Terry Myer; a daughter, Marian Myer; and a sister, Freda Flowers.
Services were held Thursday, Jan. 21st, at McCullough-Rogers Funeral Home, Pennsboro, with the Rev. Gilbert Neely officiating. Internment followed in Coleman-Freeman Cemetery, Crystal Lake, near West Union.
