He was born Dec. 29, 1915, in Wrangell, Alaska and graduated from North Kitsap High School.
On Oct. 11, 1940, he married Morrell Metcalf in Bremerton.
He worked for Puget Power before entering the Army during World War II. He later was a building contractor in Bremerton and also a real estate broker.
Survivors include his wife, Morrell; two daughters, Tamara Loring of Bremerton and Christine Castro of Silverdale; two brothers, Oscar Jensen of Poulsbo and Harold Jensen of Edmonds; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 26-27 at Lewis Funeral Chapel. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Nov. 29 at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, Bremerton.
