Joseph F. Fred Adley age 64 of Weymouth, formerly of So. Boston passed away at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton. on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010. Fred was born, raised and educated in So. Boston. Resident of Weymouth for the past 53 years. He was member of the U.S. Navy. Retired in 1992 with the Gillette Co. in So. Boston after 28 years. Fred was a member of the Weymouth Lodge of Elks and the Weymouth Eagles. He was an avid football fan and enjoyed music. Beloved son of the late Frederick J. and Lillian V. (Scanlon) Adley. Loving brother of Arlene Barr and her husband Alan of Plymouth and Paul Adley of Randolph. Uncle of Kimberly Bernabeo of Marshfield and Gary Barr of Weymouth. Funeral from the McDonald Funeral Home E. Weymouth on the corner of Middle and Charles Sts. (at Central Sq.) Sat. Feb. 6, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, E. Weymouth at 10:00 A.M. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Fri. 4-7 P.M.
