Last Will of David Reynolds
Be it remembered that on the 16 day of April 1879 the following Last Will and Codicil were filed, to wit:
I, David Reynolds, being of sound Mind and memory make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking any and all wills by me made.
1st, I desire to give and bequeath to my son Amos B. Reynolds, the East part of the S. E. 1/4 of Section No. 25 Township 27 Range 7 East containing 60 acres, also the West 1/2 of the west half being the South 20 Acres of the Section Town and Range the whole being 80 acres, with this exception, my wife Dicy shall have the use and occupation of the same as long as she may live and care for said Amos Reynolds.
2nd, I give and bequeath to Dicy, my wife, all my personal property to hold as long as she may live and after her death the same to Amos B. Reynolds except a feather bed to each of my other heirs, my wife Dicy to pay all of my just debts.
