Born October 23, 1904 in Mantua, Utah. She was the eldest of nine children of Anton and Carrie Jeppesen Jensen.
Married Glenn Edwin Lee on June 16, 1927 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He preceded her in death on June 3, 1970.
Active member of the Holladay Tenth Ward. Enjoyed her many friends in the Brigham Club and AARP. Traveled extensively with her husband who was a band leader and singer during the 30's.
Returned to elementary education as a librarian at Millcreek Elementary School for five years before retiring. Enjoyed being with her grandchildren and took great pride in all of their accomplishments.
Survivors: sons and daughter, Richard and wife Pam; Jeffrey and wife Mary Ann; Linda and husband Nyle B. Fox, all of Salt Lake City; brother and sisters, Armour Jensen, Fruit Heights, Utah; Gay Garrett, Mobile, Alabama; Evelyn Reese, Paul, Idaho; seven grandchildren. Preceded in death by five sisters.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 12:00 p.m. in the Holladay Tenth Ward Chapel, 2600 East 4800 South. Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple Street, on Thursday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and at the Church on Friday one hour prior to the services.
Interment: Elysian Burial Gardens.
