Orin's brother Thomas was an executor of the will (Franklin Co., NY) of John Kelley, Rose's father. Charles married 2ndly in the fall, 1925 to Annie ____(div. Feb. 1934). He married 3rd in May 1934 widow Anna (Lorenz) Marek who died in 1941; he was the executor of her estate. Charles and Rose owned properties in the Strawberry Hill section of Anamosa.
