Mrs. Ethel Earline Birdwell Cline, age 74, went to be with the Lord Saturday, September 18, 2010 at 1:47 p.m. at Conroe Regional Hospital after a short illness. Mrs. Cline was born September 24, 1935 to Floyd and Lillie Mae Birdwell. She graduated from Willis High School in 1954, where she played the clarinet in the band.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Kenneth C. Cline; daughter Debora Cline Nelms and husband Robert; brother Jimmy Birdwell and wife Eloise; sister Martha Birdwell Matchett and husband Glenn; brother Eddy Birdwell and wife Kathy; numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and great and great-great-grand nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her Parents Floyd and Lillie Mae Birdwell; and brother Delbert Birdwell.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Ethel Earline Birdwell Cline were held Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the First Baptist Church of Grangerland. Interment followed at 2:20 p.m. at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Crockett.
