David Bird Passes Away In Colorado
Word has been received in this city by Mrs M.E. Bokoskie, her brother, David Bird, passed away Wednesday at his home, in Elizabeth, Colo. He died at the age of seventy one years. Death was caused from complications. Mr.Bird is an old time resident and homesteader of Lincoln County living in this city and vicinity for more than 25 years until about ten years ago when he went to Colorado. He was urged by the doctors to go west at that time for his health. Funeral services will be held on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Funeral Home. Interment will be made in the local cemetery.
