Alvia M. Barnett, 92, died Sunday at Treyton Oak Towers. He was a retired employee of the old A&P grocery stores and a member of A&P Retirees Club. Survivors: his wife, the former Ann Lenihan; a son, Robert Barnett; a brother, George Barnett; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral: 10 a.m. Wednesday, St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church, 1104 S. Sixth St. Entombment: Resthaven Mausoleum. Arrangements: Arch L. Heady Southern. Memorial gifts: his church.
