Pacolet, SC - Roy Cleveland White was dead on arrival on Friday morning, Dec. 17, 1982, at Spartanburg General Hospital. Native of Spartanburg County, SC and son of the late Harvey and Lillie Carter White. Husband of Bobbie Robison White and retired employee of Pacolet Manufacturing Company, as a supervisor. Member of the Pacolet Mills Baptist Church and member of Central Pacolet Town Council. Survivors included: two daughters; one son; one adopted son; one sister, Mrs. Viola Pell of Houston, TX; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
