Craig Floyd Arnett's biological parents were Floyd Wendell Arnett & Wilma Leah Stacey. Wilma died when Craig was an infant. Floyd married Norma Perkins and together they raised him. Norma always loved Craig as her very own, so she was always considered to be his mother by everyone. But to correct the record, Wilma Leah Stacey gave birth to him and was his biological mother.
