Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Mary Whited, 62, of Monroe, were conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, September 22, 2003, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.
Burial was in Whited Cemetery with Bro. Robert Boles officiating.
Mrs. Whited died Thursday, September 18 at her home. She was a restaurant owner and of the Catholic faith.
Born October 10, 1940, in Indiana, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Holiday Mitchell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas Whited; a sister, Donna Coomey; and a brother, Bob Mitchell.
Survivors include three sons, Anthony Black and Billy Whited, both of Monroe, TN, and Ricky Black of Carlton, MI; two daughters, Jackie Main-zinger of Monroe, MI, and Samantha Winningham of Monroe, TN; 12 grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
Pallbearers were Ryan Black, Andy Auberson, Donnie Nelson, Tim Mainzinger, Doug Main-zinger, and Kevin Mainzinger.
Serving as honorary pallbearers were Gary Winningham and Ricky Black Jr.
