HENRY WILLIAM PHILLIPS, 66, of Memphis, Shelby County Corrections Officer, died of heart failure Saturday at St. Francis Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Forest Hill Funeral Home South with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery South. He was a recording secretary of the Gulf Coast Wrestling Association, a member of the Cauliflower Alley Club of California and before retiring was a professional wrestler, 'Treach' Phillips. Mr. Phillips, the husband of Elsie K. Phillips, also leaves a daughter, Leslie Phillips of Memphis; two sons, Randy Phillips of Tulsa, Okla., and Tommy Williams of Memphis; a sister, Barbara Maestis of California, and four grandchildren.
