In the 1900 Census he was in McIntosh Co., with his first wife Louisa J. ______ they had three son's James, Harvey and Willie M. (Willie was new born) I believe Louisa and Willie both died shortly after that. In the home were also three nieces Mary C., Martha and Lillie.
He married Nancy Jane Farmer January 19, 1901 in McIntosh Co.,

Overbey, a member of the Baptist Church at Warner, had lived there for more than 60 years. He is survived by four sons, Ed of Warner, Buster of Great Bend, Kan., Lee of Salinas, Calif., and John Alberty of Warner; and two daughters, Mrs. Martha Morris of Warner and Mrs. Mary Pendergrast of Lindsay, Calif.

Pallbearers will be C. B. Addy, M. C. Gilliam, Marshall Robinson, Clyde Booker, Russell Harrison and Roy Graham. Interment will be in the Memorial Cemetery at Warner under direction of the Lescher Funeral Home.
