Lester B. Laubach
Lester B. Laubach, 80, of Finesville, N.J., died Sunday in Easton Hospital.
He was employed as a machine tender by the Hughesville Mill of the Riegel Products Corp., for 49 years until retiring in 1967.
Born in Finesville, N.J., he was a son of the late Charles W. and Lizzie Shoemaker Laubach.
Mr. Laubach was a member and former treasurer and trustee of the Finesville Methodist Church, and was a member of the Quarter Century Club of Riegel Paper.
Surviving are his wife, the former Winifred M. Metzgar, a son James A. of Warren Glen; five daughters, Betty Laubach, Trenton, *****, Walnut Creek, Calif., *****, Finesville, *****, Derry, Pa., and *****, Milford R.D. 1, N.J.; a sister Ruth Laubach, Easton; 21 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Services and interment will beheld at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Robert W. Snyder Funeral Home, Riegelsville, Pa.
Lester B. Laubach owned and resided in the stucco over stone Sailor House in Finesville, NJ. The house was erected
in 1839. The first owner of the house was Mr. Sailor.
