William Casler, of Hill City, died Wednesday night from the effects of a paralytic stroke.
Mr. Casler came to the Hills in 1879, and settled in Rockerville. Later he moved to Hill City.
He leaves a wife and two sons, Douglas and George, in Hill City, where the funeral will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock.
Mr. Casler was a member of the G. A. R.
