BATLEY, Allen L age 51, of Elmira, died Friday September 26, 1975. Friends may call at the Kalec Funeral Home on Monday from 1-3 p.m. Funeral services immediately following the calling hours. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
Those who wish may make donations to the Elmira Fire Dept. Medical Service Committee.

He is survived by his wife Ruth Schanbacher Batley; daughters Mrs. Steven (Cheryl) Schneider of Elmira and Kathy Batley at home; son Dana Batley at home; brothers William W. Batley of Coopers Plain, George H. Batley of Warminister, PA; sister Mrs. David (Etta) Grimes of Chesire, CT, several aunts, uncles, neices and cousins.
He was a member of the Methodist Church, Freight Superintendent of the Penn Central Railroad. He was a member of Elmira-Corning Traffic Club; a veteran of World War II Army Air Force.
