William T. Staples, 64, who lives five miles northeast of Megargel died at his home.
Services were held at the Megargel Church of Christ, of which church he had been a faithful member. Services were conducted by the local minister, Mr. Smith. The remains were brought to Olney and interment was made in the old cemetery by the side of a son who preceded him several years ago.
Survived by his wife; one daughter; two sons, all of whom live near Olney.
